Employers now have an opportunity to provide support and decrease stigma regarding mental health in a way that could benefit not only their employees but their bottom line as well. This presentation will explore practical ways for employers to support their staff and foster an employee-centered wellness culture.

During the 2 hour presentation, The Delta3 Team will pull a volunteer from the participants. In front of the entire group, the lucky participant will receive help crafting a Mission Statement, Vision Statement and some high-level goals for their business. These are very important steps in developing an executable plan for success. This LIVE example will provide all the participants with the structure they need to create their own plan for success.
