Join us for the Made on the Mountain Fest on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM! Celebrate local craftsmanship, art, food, and more in the Heart of Sand Mountain. We invite vendors to showcase their unique products at this exciting event.

Event Details

• Date: August 2nd, 2025
• Event Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Vendor Load-In & Set-Up Time: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Vendor Registration

We are now accepting vendor registrations for the festival. Please read the details carefully and complete the registration form in its entirety.

Vendor Pricing

• Non-Food Vendors: $100
• Food Vendors: $150
  (If you sell drinks, baked goods, or any edibles, you will be classified as a food vendor.)

Chamber Member Discount

Chamber members receive 50% OFF their booth fee! If you are a member, be sure to include your Chamber membership information when registering.

Additional Booth Space

• Each booth space is 12x12 feet. If you require more space, you will need to purchase an additional booth(s). Please indicate this in your registration form.

Food Vendor Compliance

• If you are serving any type of food or beverage, you will be considered a food vendor. All food vendors must comply with health department regulations. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the event. We reserve the right to dismiss vendors for noncompliance at any time.

Registration Deadline

• Deadline for Vendor Registration & Payment: June 1st, 2025

No Refunds

• Please note: NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations.

• Vendor set-up times are still TBD and will be communicated via email closer to the event.
• Please ensure your registration is completed and payment is made by the deadline.
